Refund policy
Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital files, I do not accept returns,
exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been downloaded.
Physical Products
I want you to be happy with your purchase. However, because of the nature of small creative
businesses:
- I do not accept returns or exchanges for physical products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of
the product and packaging so I can arrange a replacement or refund.
International Buyers (EU/UK Customers)
If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the legal right to cancel and return your order of physical
goods within 14 days of receipt, except for custom or personalized items.
- To exercise this right, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Digital products
- Custom or personalized orders
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed
back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
