Order Processing

All physical products are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted print partners — Printify, Gelato, and Spoonflower. Because each item is custom printed when you place your order, please allow a few days for production before shipping.

• Production time: Usually 2–7 business days depending on the product and print provider.

• Order confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the items in your order. Some items may ship separately if they come from different production partners.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes determined by your country’s customs office. These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Digital Downloads

If your order includes digital files, they will be available for instant download immediately after payment. You will also receive an email with a download link. No physical product will be shipped for digital items.

Order Issues or Delays

If your order seems delayed or arrives damaged, please contact me at hello@annarogetta.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). I’ll work with the print provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Replacements

Since all products are made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue for assistance.
